Exercising feels good
I talked about going back on my diet in this post. Well, I didn’t start my diet yet but I did start exercising again. I have a walking regiment that I do that I made up myself using exercise tapes. I took the part of each tape that I liked the most and put them together.
I grabbed my ipod and did my exercises for half an hour. I need to incorporate some sit-ups into my regiment. I have a pooch pouch that I want to get rid of. I’ve always had it but it’s bigger now since I’ve gained weight. One of those ab roller machines might work if I can find it cheap.
My goal is to lose one pants size by the end of the year. I would be ecstatic if I could buy smaller clothes again.



I always admire people who can make themselves keep to a diet or make exercises regularly. I am not one of these people. I can’t stick to a diet more than a week and I always quit exercises after several days. I just can do nothing with myself. So, good luck! Hope you will gain your goals.

I can’t diet to save my life. But exercise gets kind of addicting after a while. Especially when I can actually see the results.
