I always admire people who can make themselves keep to a diet or make exercises regularly. I am not one of these people. I can't stick to a diet more than a week and I always quit exercises after several days. I just can do nothing with myself. So, good luck! Hope you will gain your goals.

Susan,

Thanks,

I can't diet to save my life. But exercise gets kind of addicting after a while. Especially when I can actually see the results.
