I went to see a condo
It was cute but too small for me even though I live by myself. I don’t want to buy anything less than 2 bedrooms. I feel like a 1 bedroom is too small. You can never have visitors stay the night. Which is not necessarily a bad thing sometimes. But the condo was really nice. It had ceramic tile and nice new appliances. The kitchen cabinets needed to be upgraded though. Otherwise, there wasn’t too much that needed to be done.
I’ll keep looking to see what’s out there. I don’t want to just rush into something that I don’t really want just to be able to say that I own it. I really want it to be somewhere that I plan on staying for a few years.
