Watching my job submissions
I have to monitor which jobs I apply for very closely. Our new system only allows for 5 submissions in a 7 day period. It’s not 5 per week it’s per 7 business days. That can severly cut down on your submissions so you have to choose wisely.
Suppose you want to be a teller and see 5 different teller positions. You literally have to apply for all 5. If you only apply for 1, they don’t consider you for the other open positions which is silly to me.
I just hope I can find a new job fairly soon and I won’t have to worry about that.
