I am so hungry

I’m not technically on a diet as of today. I’m not even going on a “real” diet, I’m just going to try and start watching what I eat more. My regular eating plan starts next week. I get paid this week and I can go shopping and pretty much find mostly everything that I need to start eating semi-healthy.

It doesn’t help that we’ve had another food day here at work. In addition to regular food like salads, mac and cheese and chicken salad, we had a ton of desserts. There was food from here and there and everywhere, it was crazy. We had cookies, cakes, and mini-cheesecakes which were my favorite. Luckily most of the food is gone so we’re back to regular lunches.

Rather than watch what I eat so carefully, I really just need to start monitoring my portion sizes. That way I can literally have my cake and eat it too.
